Riverwalk Communities to make access available to all. Our facility does not up charge, meaning there are no additional charges no matter how much help you need. Care is available on a charge-per-day basis. We work with most major insurance plans as well as Medicaid, Choice Money and
VA benefits. We are proud to say we are the largest Medicaid Waiver provider in the state of Indiana.

Our mission is to make a positive different in the lives and health of our residents. We are dedicated to providing high quality care that meets the social, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents. After all the “Best of Time is Now”.

Our qualified staff is committed to providing residents and Day Center clients with an individualized plan of care designed to meet each individual’s needs. It is our interdisciplinary TEAM approach to quality of care that allows us to assess and create a care plan tailored to meet the individual’s goals of our residents and their families.

Our Web site is filled with information about the lifestyle here at Riverwalk Communities, the convenient services and amenities offered. But no Web site can convey all the benefits and beauty of our community. You simply have to visit and discover the difference for yourself. This difference is reflected in the faces of those who live here.
